The Vendor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, water, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personnel services necessary to provide and service rental portable toilets as defined in this Performance Work Statement and Master Latrine Schedule, except for those items specified as government-furnished property and services. The vendor is not obligated to perform services other than those directed by the Contracting Officer, and will not be reimbursed for any services done that are not directed.
