East Hartford Public Schools (Ehps) Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified And Experienced Design Firms To Provide Design Services For The Construction Phase Of The Norris Elementary School Roofing Project. Note: This Project Is Being Constructed Through The State Department Of Education Office Of School Construction Grants And Review Process, Project #043-0253 Rr. Key Roof Plans Dated 10/06/2023 Were Completed By Friar Architecture For The Purposes Of Securing The School Construction Grant. These Plans Are Included With The Rfp Package. Fixed Price Responses Are Being Solicited For A \"Turn Key\" Project Consisting Of All Aspects Of Construction Design To Replace Existing Roofing System Including Producing The Project Manual And Construction Drawings. Firms Are Encouraged To Attend A Mandatory Site Visit At 10:00Am On Thursday, February 6, 2025 At Norris Elementary School, 40 Remington Road, East Hartford, Ct. Firms Will Meet Outside The Front Lobby Top View Existing Conditions.
