This SOW defines the requirement for a Contractor to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test (EFI&T) into service, a SCN upgrade for Dannelly Field, Montgomery, AL. This shall provide a completely standalone voice-initiated and controlled mass notification system for up to 10 parties at Dannelly Field. that directly support the multiple flying missions.
