The Request for Quotations (RFQ) consists of the followingsections:1. Standard Form SF-182. Statement of WorkIf you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16 of theattached Standard Form SF-18 and submit it to the address shown on block Sa of the StandardForm-18 that follows this letter.The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting anacceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based oninitial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions withcompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS/RESPONSES:This opportunity encourages electronic responses.
