Description
The Contractor shall provide all necessary managerial, administrative and direct labor personnel, as well as all transportation, equipment, tools, supplies and materials required to perform inspection, maintenance, and component replacement as required to maintain the systems in accordance with this work statement. The chillers shall be clean and in good operating condition upon completion of the service. The preventive maintenance service shall result in the parts of the system serviced being in a condition to operate efficiently and effectively.
Offerors shall be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov prior to submittal of their offer/proposal as prescribed under FAR 4.1102. Failure to be registered at time of proposal submission shall deem theofferor-s proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given.
