The contractor shall provide two (2) outdoor 35K (or greater) lifting capacity diesel forklifts (Fork size 7.5 FT long. /8 in wide. /Spread 7.5 FT). The forklifts will be delivered by the vendor to the vicinity of 541st SSA, Building 8320 Wells Street, Fort Riley, KS. The pricing of the service will include:
All necessary services to sustain utilization throughout the duration of the contract. Equipment repairs and replacements. All necessary repair calls and all necessary repair or replacement parts. Delivery and pick-up of the leased equipment. Permits/Toll Per Diem A comprehensive block of instruction for up to 10 personnel including , but not limited to: pre-use checks, operation of the equipment-s controls, safe lifting of loads, safe movement with loads, parking, and re-fueling of forklifts. (The class shall be conducted in the vicinity of the forklift download site, Bldg 8320, Wells Street, (Custer Hill) Fort Riley, KS). The period of performance is 05FEB - 05AUG25.
