1Gbps DEDICATED INTERNET ACCESS CIRCUIT - Tacoma, WAREQUEST FOR QUOTEINTRODUCTIONThis is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03, effective 17 January 2025. This acquisition is full and open competition. DESCRIPTIONThe US Geological Survey, Washington Water Science Center (WAWSC) of Tacoma, WA, requires a 1Gbps Dedicated Internet Access Circuit as described in the attached Statement of Work. The USGS requires a base year plus two option years. SUBMISSION OF QUOTESAll questions must be sent directly to eadam@usgs.gov by Tuesday, 04/01/2025 at 10:00am PT. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contract Specialist at eadam@usgs.gov. All quote documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than Thursday, 04/03/2025 at 12:00pm. Quotes submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered. RELEVANT INFORMATIONThe North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 517111 Wired Telecommunications Carriers, and associated size standard 1,500 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code DG10, IT and Telecom Network as a Service. All services will be performed at the WAWSC at 934 Broadway Suite 300, Tacoma, WA. Offerors are to include a technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation as seen in the Statement of Work (see Attachment).
