COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION
Procurement of a 2-D Xray Detector for Double-Crystal Diffractometer (DCD)
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a separate written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued under the authority of FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
The due date for quotation is 5/29/2024, 1:00pm EST
This solicitation is a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04 effective May 1, 2024.
The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement shall be 334516- Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1000 employees
This acquisition is being procured as a full and open competition.
Responsible quoters shall provide pricing for the following Line Items:
Line Item 0001: one 2-D Xray Detector for Double-Crystal Diffractometer in accordance with the specifications in the attached requirements document.
DELIVERY
Delivery: Shall occur within 4 months of award of this requirement.
