The project is the rehabilitation of a single (east) facade of an existing 6-story historic brick masonry building built in 1911. The building is located at 20 Franklin Street, San Francisco, CA 94102. The proposed project involves exterior envelope repairs, including: existing masonry repairs, replacement of existing masonry opening infills, treatment of existing structural members, patching and repair of existing wood window framing, and exterior painting. Mandatory walkthrough will be held on site at 20 Franklin Street, San Francisco, CA 94102 at 10 am on July 8, 2025. The bid package can be found in the link below.
