- The proposed work includes adding 2- to 4- Type A3 shoulders throughout the project limits on Antire Road and reconstruction of the sharp curve on Antire Road at Crestview Drive that includes a new horizontal and vertical curve alignment. Additional improvements include new guardrail with crashworthy end terminals, asphalt and concrete paved approaches, linear shoulder grading, small block retaining walls, underground storm sewers, an ultra-thin bonded wearing surface throughout the project limits, along with rumble strips and striping.
