- Sealed Bids For Construction Of 2024 Sylvania Cdbg Will Be Received Until July 31st, 2025, 11 Am At The City Of Sylvania City Hall At 104 South Main Street, Sylvania, Georgia 30467. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of 60 Days. The Work Shall Consist Of The Following: Sanitary Sewerage System Rehab Including, But Not Limited To, Replacing Clay Sewer Mains With Approximately 2,950-lf Of 8¿ Hdpe Sewer Mains Using The Pipe Burst Method. The Project Will Also Consist Of Sewer Lateral Replacement And Manhole Rehab. Water System Improvements Including, But Not Limited To, 39 Water Laterals, 4-6¿ Fire Hydrant Assembly, 565 Lf Of 2¿ Pe Water Line, And 2¿ Blow Off Fire Hydrant.
