The Cherokee Office Of Economic Development ("coed"), On Behalf Of The Development Authority Of Cherokee County ("dacc"), And Pursuant To The Provisions Of O.c.g.a. § 36-91, Et. Seq., Seeks Competitive Sealed Proposals From State Of Georgia Licensed General Contractors For The Clearing Of The Majority Of The Site As Well As Mass Grading Of A Designated Portion Of The Site To Prepare For Future Development. Key Components Include The Construction Of A Stormwater Management Pond Along With The Associated Storm Drainage Infrastructure. Additionally, A New Segment Of Roadway Will Be Installed, Incorporating A Revised Entrance Alignment Off State Route 20 With An Extension Of The Existing Decel Lane. As Part Of The Roadway Improvements, The Adjacent Parking Lot Will Be Reconstructed To Accommodate The New Layout. Secondary Access To The Existing Parking Area Will Also Be Provided, In Accordance With The Plans. Please Note That Sanitary Sewer Installation Is Not Included In The Scope Of This Project.
