- This Project Entails The Clearing And Mass Grading Of The Majority Of The Site In Preparation For Future Development. Major Scope Items Include The Construction Of A Stormwater Management Pond And The Installation Of Associated Storm Drainage Infrastructure. Bluffs Court Will Be Extended To Serve The Site, Requiring The Removal Of The Existing Cul-de-sac And The Construction Of A New Cul-de-sac In Accordance With The Approved Plans. Roadway Improvements Will Also Involve The Relocation Of Existing Water Meters And Vaults, And The Connection Of Adjacent Parking Lot Driveways To The Extended Roadway. All Existing Utilities Within The Current Right-of-way Will Be Extended To The New Cul-de-sac In Compliance With The Applicable Utility Provider Requirements. In Addition, This Project Will Include The Installation Of A Sanitary Sewer Line Extending From The Adjacent Subdivision Road To The Designated Pad Site.
