- The Cherokee County Board Of Commissioners Purchasing Department (county) Is Requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals In Support Of The Cherokee County Community Services Agency In Seeking General Contractor Services For Construction Of An Administrative And Operations Facility To Support The Current And Future Needs Of The Cherokee Area Transit Service (cats). The Scope Includes Construction Of A New Cats Facility Designed To Provide Bus Parking, Service, And Administrative Offices For The Cherokee County Transit Service. The Facility Will Be Located On Roughly 6.5 Acres On The Southwest Corner Of Univeter Road And Pinecrest Road In Cherokee County Ga. The New Facility Will Be Approximately 6,738 Square Feet.
