- The San Francisco Sheriff-s Office (SFSO) is seeking proposals from qualified non-profit agencies/organizations that have demonstrated experience in working with incarcerated populations and their victims. The department, which is recognized for successful in-custody and post-release programs, is seeking to continue innovative violence prevention and survivor empowerment programs. These program are: Resolve to Stop the Violence (RSVP), a program focusing on violence prevention and intervention for men with histories of violence, with a focus on family violence, utilizing a trauma-informed framework at County Jail 3: Batterers- Intervention Programming (BIP) at the SFSO Community Programs site; and Survivor Restoration Program (SRP) at a SFSO satellite facility. *Do not submit proposal through the Supplier Portal.
