- Dekalb County Government (the County) Invites The Submittal Of Proposals To Provide On-call Engineering Services. These Services Shall Commence After A Contract Is Approved By The Dekalb County Board Of Commissioners. The Anticipated Work Includes General Engineering Studies, Design, Land Surveying, Geotechnical, Construction Administration, Financial Support, And Related Services For Water, Wastewater, And In Some Cases Stormwater Projects In The County¿s Capital Improvement Program (cip) And Consent Decree (cd). This Request For Proposal (rfp) Outlines The Requirements To Be Considered For Selection To Perform Work On County Cip And Cd Projects On An As-needed Basis. No Minimum Or Maximum Amount Or Type Of Work Is Guaranteed Under These Contracts. Work Will Be Requested And Procured ¿as-needed¿ Under These Contracts Via A Written Task Order/work Authorization.
