The Juvenile Justice Incentive Grant Program Funding Aims To Develop Programs That Address The Needs Of Youth Who Are Typically Committed To The Georgia Department Of Juvenile Justice (djj). The Dekalb County Juvenile Court (dcjc) Implements The Commitment Alternative Program (cap), To Provide Essential Services That Will Restore At-risk Youth Back Into The Community, While Holding Them Accountable For Their Actions And Providing Evidence-based Interventions Proven To Have Lasting Impact On Their Ability To Be Law Abiding And Productive Members Of The Dekalb County Community.
