Separate Sealed Bids For Furnishing Of All Materials, Labor, Tools, Equipment, And Appurtenances Necessary For The Construction Of The Waverly Park Collection Sewer Phase I Will Be Received By The Owner At The Catoosa County Government Building, 800 Lafayette Street, Ringgold, Ga 30736, Until 2:00 P.m., Local Time, On Thursday, August 14, 2025, And Then At Said Office Publicly Opened And Read Aloud. The Project Consists Of The Following Major Elements: Construction Of Approximately 5,000 Linear Feet Of 10-inch And 8-inch Gravity Flow Sewer, Manholes, Pavement Repair, Property Restoration, And All Associated Appurtenances For A Complete Installation, Including Approximately 1,600 Linear Feet Of Sewer Service Laterals. Copies Of The Contract Documents And Specifications, Including Bidding Documents And Requirements, And Contract Drawings May Be Examined At The Offices Of The Engineer, Cti Engineers, Inc., 1122 Riverfront Parkway, Chattanooga, Tn 37402 (phone 423/267-7613, Www.ctiengr.com).
