- This bid will provide for annual preventive maintenance services and as-needed repairs on 3,032 District-owned HVAC-R assets located at the Easterly, Westerly, and Southerly Wastewater Treatment facilities; pump stations; the Environmental Maintenance and Services Center (EMSC); and the George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building.For the purposes of this bid, the duration of the requirement contract with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) shall be thirty-six (36) months, or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first from the effective date of this contract.Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspections: Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site inspection as identified in the Detailed Specifications (DS-1.2). Site inspections will be offered by appointment only, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
