- The County of Solano, Department of General Services, hereinafter referred to as the “County,” intends to secure contracts for Professional Technical Support Services that may include architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical engineering, building enclosure specialist, construction cost estimating, constructability review, construction management, real estate, and/or other related services on an as-needed basis to support a variety of current and future projects administered by the Division of Capital Projects Management (CPM).The County invites qualified firms that have expertise in Architectural, Engineering and related Professional Technical Support Services to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Each Firm must submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ), provide specified documentation, and meet the requirements detailed herein to be deemed “Qualified” in order to be awarded a contract to provide the architectural, engineering and other professional services as described herein.The term “Responding Firm(s)” and “Vendor(s)” refers to the firm(s) or individual(s) that submits a SOQ in response to this solicitation. The terms “response(s), submittal(s) or proposal(s)” refers to the documents responding firms submit for this solicitation for consideration by the County. These terms are used interchangeably throughout this solicitation.
