The U.S. Department of Transportation, John A. Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center), intends to solicit and award a purchase order to Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA), Alexandria, VA, in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b), for conference space at the 2026 Annual ATCA Conference and Exhibition in Washington, DC, in accordance with the attached specification sheet.
BACKGROUND
Volpe National Transportation Systems Center (Volpe Center) staff will participate in the 2026 Annual Air Traffic Control Association (ATCA) Conference and Exhibition. The booth must be reserved and the space confirmed prior to August 31, 2025, per Volpe conference planning requirements.
ATCA will finalize details of their floor plan and anticipate making changes to the current layout. For documentational purposes, ATCA has allocated booth spaces 36, 36a, 36b, 37, 37a, and 37b. However, as ATCA finalizes the floor plan, Volpe-s specific location may change due to ideal placement and visibility.
