The City of Rolla hereby requests bids for “2025 Concrete Paving, Project 600.” Liquidated Damages - Should the contractor fail to complete the work on or before the completion date specified the contractor will be charged liquidated damages in the amount of $100.00 per calendar day for each full calendar day that the work is not fully completed. Liquidated damages will not be charged for weekends and holidays. Bids will be accepted until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, April 30, 2025, in the office of the City Clerk, 3rd Floor, 901 North Elm Street, Rolla, Missouri, at which time they will be opened.
