- The Escambia County Waste Services Department located at 13009 Beulah Road, Cantonment, FL 32533 is looking for a qualified contractor to replace the existing flare at the Perdido Landfill. Project includes; furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, incidentals, and performing all work necessary to complete the project, in place and ready for service in accordance with the Plans and Specifications prepared therefore and entitled “2025 Flare System Modifications”. All plans and technical specifications will be included in attachments. All work will be performed during normal business hours for Perdido Landfill M-F 7am-5pm and Saturday 7am-330pm. A Master Plumber will need to pull permits for the gas connection on the Flare System .
