The City Of Statesboro Is Soliciting Sealed Design Builds/rfps For The Construction Of Fire Station #3 For The Statesboro Fire Department. A Mandatory Pre-bid Conference For Interested Contractors Will Be Held On February 28th, 2025 At The Municipal Courthouse, 22 W. Grady Street, Statesboro, Ga 30458 At 3:00pm. Sealed Bids Will Be Publicly Opened And Read Aloud At 3:01pm On March 10th, 2025 In The Municipal Courtroom. Project Scheduling, Coordination, And Questions Of Interpretation Will Be Addressed At This Time. The City Of Statesboro Reserves The Right To Reject Any Or All Bids, Including Without Limitation, The Right To Reject Any And All Nonconforming, Non-responsive, Unbalanced Or Conditional Bids And To Reject The Bid Of Any Bidder Whom The Owner Believes Would Not Be In The Best Interest Of The Project To Make An Award To That Bidder Whether Because The Bid Not Responsive, The Bidder Is Unqualified, Or Of Doubtful Financial Ability Or Fails To Meet Any Other Pertinent Standard Or Criteria Established By The Owner.
