No Paper Submissions Will Be Allowed. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Sixty (60) Days Except As Specifically Provided In The Instructions To Bidders And/or By State Law. 1.2 Scope Of Work Under This Project, The Contractor Must Furnish All Labor And Materials Necessary To Install 5 Permanent Generators And 1 Portable Generator, Automatic Or Manual Transfer Switches At All Eight Sites, And Other Necessary Appurtenances For A Complete Installation. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is 365 Consecutive Calendar Days. All Work Shall Be Completed In Accordance With The Plans And Specifications.
