- ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed proposals for the 2025 Generators project, located in Perryville, Missouri, consisting of reinstallation of (1) salvaged standby generator, (1) new standby generator, (2) new transfer switches, wiring, conduit, natural gas plumbing, chain link fencing, aggregate surfacing, and other related construction will be received by the City Clerk at Perryville City Hall located at 215 N. West St., Perryville, Missouri 63775, until 10:00 a.m. (local time) on the 29th day of October, 2025 and then at said place publicly opened and read aloud.Copies of the Project Manual including Drawings, Specifications, and other Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at Perryville City Hall. The charge for a hard copy (plus an electronic copy if requested) of the Project Manual is a non-refundable payment of $60.00. The charge for only an electronic copy of the Project Manual is a non-refundable payment of $35.00. The purchase of the Project Manual shall effectively establish each plan holder as a registered bidder for this project for receipt of all bidder correspondence and addenda.The City of Perryville, Missouri (Owner) reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities or to reject any or all bids and to accept the one that in the judgment of the Board of Alderman is the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.The Contractor will be paid in accordance with the provisions in the General Conditions.Lydia Rellergert, City ClerkCity of Perryville, Missouri
