- Douglasville-douglas County Water And Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 Invitation For Bids Fire Hydrants And Gate Valves Ifb # 298 April 2, 2025 The Douglasville-douglas County Water And Sewer Authority (hereafter Referred To As The ¿authority¿) Is Soliciting Competitive Sealed Bids For One Calendar Year From June 1, 2025 Through May 31, 2026 For Fire Hydrants And Gate Valves Used For Water Maintenance And Construction. The Delivery Price Shall Be Firm For The Calendar Year. Sealed Bids Will Be Received By The Authority At Its Administrative Offices Located At 8763 Hospital Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30134 Until 2:00 P.m., Local Time, On Wednesday, April 30, 2025. Bids Shall Be Sealed And Mailed To The Authority So That They Are Received No Later Than The Above Time And Date. Bids Received After This Time Will Not Be Accepted. Bids Received After The Closing Time And Date, For Any Reason Whatsoever, Will Not Be Considered. It Will Be The Sole Responsibility Of The Bidder To Assure All Bids Are Delivered To The Authority Administrative Offices On Or Before The Above Stated Time And Date.
