- Invitation For Bids For Bear Creek Water Treatment Plant High Service Pumps 5 & 6 Replacement For Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water And Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 May 28, 2025 Ifb # 302 The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water And Sewer Authority (the ¿authority¿) Is Soliciting Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors For The Performance Of The Bear Creek Water Treatment Plant High Service Pumps 5 & 6 Replacement Project (the ¿project¿), As More Fully Described In The Invitation For Bids. The Scope Of Work Includes The Provision By The Bidder Or Contractor Of All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Transportation, And Supplies Necessary To Complete The Work. The Project Will Be ¿turn Key¿ And Require Minimal Involvement Of Authority Personnel. The Authority Currently Has Two (2) Flowserve Vertical Turbine High Service Pumps Powered By 2,500 Hp Us Motors Installed At The Bear Creek Water Treatment Plant For Pumping Finished Water.
