- Invitation For Bids General Landscaping And Ground Maintenance Services Ifb# 305 September 17, 2025 The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water And Sewer Authority (hereafter Referred To As The ¿authority¿) Is Soliciting Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified Commercial Lawn Care Companies For General Landscaping And Ground Maintenance Services Of All The Authority¿s Properties Located In Douglas County For The Two (2) Year Period From January 1, 2026 Through December 31, 2027. All Labor, Materials, Vehicles, Trailers, And Commercial Ground Maintenance Equipment Necessary To Complete The Scope Of Work Detailed In The Invitation For Bids Shall Be Provided By The Selected Contractor. The Authority Has Over 120 Locations, Which Are Listed On The Bid Forms Included In This Invitation For Bids.
