- Invitation For Bids For Blairs Bridge Road Stormwater Improvement Project For Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water And Sewer Authority 8763 Hospital Drive Douglasville, Georgia 30134 December 10, 2025 Ifb # 308 The Douglasville ¿ Douglas County Water And Sewer Authority (the ¿authority¿) Is Soliciting Competitive Sealed Bids From Qualified Contractors For The Performance Of The Blairs Bridge Road Stormwater Improvement Project (the ¿project¿), As More Fully Described In The Invitation For Bids. The Scope Of Work Includes The Provision By The Bidder Or Contractor Of All Labor, Materials, Equipment, Tools, Transportation, And Supplies Necessary To Complete The Work. The Project Will Be ¿turnkey¿ And Require Minimal Involvement Of Authority Personnel. The Work To Be Performed Shall Include, But Is Not Limited To, The Removal Of Approximately 92 Linear Feet (lf) Of Two 35¿x24¿ Arch-corrugated Metal Pipes (cmp) And The Surrounding Pavement. The Project Includes The Installation Of Two New 34¿x53¿ Elliptical Reinforced Concrete Pipes (rcp), One Being 67 Lf And One Being 73 Lf, As Well As Two New Concrete Headwalls.
