- The Lincoln County Commission is soliciting qualifications (RFQ-s) from interested firms to submit proposals for Insurance Brokerage Services for the following lines: Health Insurance covering 170-200 fulltime employees. (January 1, 2026 - December 31, 2026) The purpose of the RFQ is to select a firm(s) that would be available to provide such services to Lincoln County for a period commencing no less than 60 days prior to the renewal date and running for the policy period. Awarded contracts may be renewed for two (2) subsequent policy periods, subject to annual renewal and annual appropriations by the County.
