- This Is An Invitation To Submit A Bid To Lamar County For The 2025 Lmig-tsplost Project (including Howard Road, Piedmont Road And Zebulon Road) As Indicated Herein. Sealed Bids Will Be Received At The Office Of The Chairman (in Lamar County Administration Building At The Above Address) Up To 2:00 P.m., August 19, 2025, At Which Time They Will Be Opened And Publicly Read. This Project Will Be Funded With 2025 Lmig And Tsplost Funds. Construction Includes Work At 3 Separate Locations As Outlined In Different Plan Sets, Asphalt Patching And Resurfacing On Howard Road (1.18 Mi), Piedmont Road (5.28 Mi) And Zebulon Road (2.87 Mi) Within Lamar County. All Work Shall Conform To The Georgia Department Of Transportation¿s (gdot) Standard Specifications Construction Of Transportation Systems, Current Edition; Gdot¿s Supplemental Specifications Construction Of Transportation Systems, Current Edition; And All Applicable Gdot Standards And Details; And Other Contract Requirements, Specifications And General Conditions.
