- INVITATION FOR BIDS FOR CONCRETE PAVEMENT REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT, ASPHALT ROTOMILL AND OVERLAY The City of Webster Groves is accepting sealed bids for removal and replacement of concrete pavement sections, asphalt rotomill and overlay of pavement and parking lots on Project 25PW05, until 10:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 24, 2025. Bid packages can be downloaded at City of Webster Groves- website at https://mo-webstergroves4.civicplus.com/Bids.aspx Five (5) percent security in the form specified must accompany each bid. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at City Hall in the Gordon Room. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any technicalities. Description of Work The Scope of Work includes improvements for cold rotomilling 20,650 S.Y. of asphalt pavement and placing a 2” asphalt overlay pavement, removal and replacement of 700 S.Y. 8” thick concrete pavement, utility adjustments, pavement markings, temporary traffic control, and other incidental items necessary, as shown in the construction drawings and specifications
