- Scope Of Work: Project Construction Includes Asphalt Milling, Patching, Resurfacing, And Striping Of The Administration Parking Lot And The Library Parking Lot In Pickens County. The Work Will Include Approximately 18,682 Sy Of Asphalt Resurfacing Using 2,055 Tons Of Asphalt Paving. All Work Shall Conform To The Georgia Department Of Transportation¿s (gdot) Standard Specifications Construction Of Transportation Systems, 2021 Edition; Gdot¿s Supplemental Specifications Construction Of Transportation Systems, 2024; And All Applicable Gdot Standards And Details; And Other Contract Requirements, Specifications And General Conditions. Project Work Will Be Required To Be Complete By August 31, 2025. All Punch-list Items Will Be Required To Be Complete Within 30 Days Of The Final Inspection. Eligible Bidders And Subcontractors Shall Be Licensed Contractors In The State Of Georgia Meeting All Applicable Insurance And Bonding Requirements As Stipulated In The Separate Instructions To Bidders And Contract Documents.
