- The City Of Cumming Is Requesting Proposals From Qualified Contractors For Asphalt Resurfacing Of Northside Forsyth Drive Between The Intersections Of Howard Farm Drive And Ronald Reagan Blvd. Proposals Should Be Typed Or Submitted In Ink And Returned In A Sealed Container Marked On The Outside With Resurfacing At Northside Forsyth Drive, And City Of Cumming. Proposals Will Be Received Until 4:00 Pm Et On June 04, 2025 At Cumming City Hall Third Floor Receptionist Desk. Any Proposal Received After This Date And Time Will Not Be Accepted. Pre-proposal Meeting Will Be Held 10:00 Am Et On May 21st, 2025 At City Hall. Questions Regarding The Project Should Be Directed To Foresite Group, Llc, Aaron Desilva At Gsbids@fg-inc.net, No Later 4:00 Pm Et On May 28th, 2025. Proposals Are Legal And Binding Upon Submission. Awarded Contractor Will Be Contacted After June 24th, 2025. The Written Proposal Supersedes Any Verbal Or Written Prior Communications Between The Parties.
