- This Is An Invitation To Submit A Bid To Pickens County For The 2025 Lmig Splost Roads Asphalt Paving Project As Indicated Herein. Sealed Bids Will Be Received At The Office Of The Chairman (in Pickens County Administration Building At The Above Address) Up To 1:30 P.m., February 13, 2025, At Which Time They Will Be Opened And Publicly Read. Scope Of Work: This Project Will Be Funded With 2025 Lmig And Splost Funds. Construction Includes Asphalt Milling, Patching, Resurfacing, And Striping On Henderson Mountain Road, Philadelphia Road, Upper Salem At Airport Road, Salem Church Road, And Bryant Loop Road. Additional Roads Could Be Added/replaced At The County¿s Discretion. The Work Will Include Approximately 133,605 Sy Of Asphalt Patching Using 14,696 Tons Of Asphalt Patching. See The Attached Location Map Exhibits.
