The Construction Manager Will Operate Under A Cm As Constructor (cm/gc) Delivery Method. A Mandatory Pre-proposal Conference Will Be Held On-site At The Courthouse At 10:00 A.m. On Thursday, August 14, 2025. Attendance Is Required For All Firms Submitting Proposals. Proposals Will Be Accepted Until 5:00 P.m. Local Time On Thursday, August 28, 2025.
