- Sealed Bids For Construction Of 2025 Screven County Striping Improvements Project Will Be Received Until August 21st, 2025 At 2:00 Pm At The Screven County Commissioners Office At 216 Mims Road Suite 100, Sylvania, Georgia 30467 At Which Time And Place They Will Be Publicly Opened And Read. Any Bid Received After Said Time And Date Will Not Be Considered By The Owner. No Bid May Be Withdrawn After The Closing Time For The Receipt Of Bids For A Period Of Thirty (30) Days. The Work Shall Consist Of Striping Approximately 24.6 Miles Of County Roads. Contractor Shall Also Install Signage, Clip And Dress Shoulders, And Provide Traffic Control. Time Allotted For Completion Of Work Is Ninety (90) Calendar Days. All Work Shall Be Completed In Accordance With The Plans And Specifications.
