Description : INVITATION TO BID - INDIANA UNIVERSITY of PENNSYLVANIAUP-1227: 2025 Steam Line ReplacementIndiana University of the PA State System of Higher Education invites Contractors to download bid documents for this project. Work included under this Project consists of materials for and installation of new medium pressure steam (MPS) and condensate pumped discharge (CPD) pipelines. The new lines replace existing buried MPS and CPD lines from ST35 to the Boiler House. The new pipe is routing via a buried trench system, new and existing, and overhead piping through the Co-Gen and Boiler House buildings. Work shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute. The Lead Prime Contractor shall be the Mechanical Construction Contractor and shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all construction identified on the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and the University.
