City of Winooski (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: 2025 Stormwater CB BV169 Replacement, Contract No. STR-26-02 Sealed Bids for the construction of the Project, submitted in an opaque package labeled “2025 CB BV169,” will be received at Winooski City Hall, attn: Finance Director, located at 27 West Allen Street, Winooski, VT 05404, until Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at 1:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. A Bid tabulation will be sent to all Bidders after Bid opening. The Project includes the following Work: Replacement of a stormwater catch basin structure identified as CB BV169, located on Bellevue Street east of Russell Street. The existing structure has an outlet pipe approximately 4-ft below pavement grade. The Contractor shall be responsible for verifying existing pipe inverts; removal and disposal of the existing structure and impacted hardscape materials; field verification and protection of existing utilities within the work area; procurement and installation of all materials required for the Work in conformance with the contract; erosion protection and sediment control; maintenance of stormwater drainage during construction; and traffic control. The Project has a Substantial Completion deadline of Friday, October 3, 2025, and a Final Completion deadline of Wednesday, October 8, 2025.
