The Columbia County Board Of Commissioners Seeks Competitive Bids From Responsive And Responsible Bidders For The Purchase Of Janitorial Supplies At A Percentage Off List/catalog, The Janitorial Supplies Most Commonly Used/purchased By The County Are Listed Herein. Bidders Should Ensure That All Items Listed Are Available For Purchase By The County. The County Is Looking For An Overall Percentage Off List/catalog Price For Items Purchased By The County. It Is The Intent Of The County To Award As Many Of These Items As Possible To One Provider To Ensure The County Receives The Best Overall Prices And Service. However, The County Reserves The Right To Award To Multiple Vendors If It Is Determined To Be In The Best Interest Of The County. The County Anticipates Awarding This Contract For An Initial Two (2) Year Term With The Option To Renew For Three (3) Additional One-year Terms.
