- Description This solicitation is requesting sealed dairy proposals from responsive and qualifieddistributors in accordance with applicable state and federal laws governing federallyfunded child nutrition programs. It is the intent of the individual school districts listedin this RFP, herein after referred to as the School Food Authority (SFA), to awardindividual contracts to procure milk, juice and other dairy products from qualifieddairy distributors. Dairy distributors are invited to submit proposals to provide milk foreach SFA. The participating districts have included a district profile sheet outlining theproduct needs for the individual district including estimated usage and a cost/priceanalysis estimation as required by 2CFR 200.323 on “Attachment Aproduct sheets with estimated quantities. Respondents may choose to respond to none,any or all SFA's listed in this RFP. Dairy distributor(s) who submit a proposal inresponse to this solicitation will be herein after referred to as “Distributor” or“Vendor”
