- The Overall Project Encompasses Three Phases Of Work With Some Phases Potentially Overlapping. The Scope Of Work For Each Phase May Include But Not Be Limited To: ¿ Façade Stabilization Involves The Stabilization Of The Historic Front Building Façade At 117 E. Solomon Street In Griffin, Georgia. The General Contractor Shall Provide Limited Destructive Survey To Assist The Design Team In Preparing Documentation Showing Demolition Intent And Performance Criteria For The Building Stabilization. ¿ Demolition Services Will Occur After The Façade Stabilization Process Has Begun And Will Provide Demolition Services For The Remainder Of The Building Behind The 117 E. Solomon Façade. This Will Also Include Shoring And Other Measures To Stabilize The Masonry Demising Walls Between 117 And The Adjacent Structures At 113 And 119 E. Solomon Street. The Interior Debris On The First And Second Floor Will Be Removed Through The Rear Entry. The Work Will Also Include Removal Of The Debris At The First And Second Floors.
