- Spalding County Is Accepting Sealed Bids From Qualified Firms, Meaning A Prequalified Prime Contractor Listed By The Georgia Department Of Transportation, Office Of Contract Administration, To Provide Materials, Equipment, Labor, And Services Necessary (including Traffic Control) For Paving, Resurfacing And Striping Work On Various Roadways In Spalding County For The 2026 Tsplost Resurfacing Project. All Work Shall Be Done In Accordance With Georgia Department Of Transportation¿s (gdot) Standard Drawings And Standard Specifications For The Construction And Completion Of The Work Required.
