2026-012 Sidewalk Replacement - Various Locations Closes: December 1, 2025 2:00 pm Type: Bid The work consists of performing public improvements including: Removal/replacement and construction of approximately 51,229 square feet of sidewalk, ADA ramps, curb and gutter and all incidental and/or related work as necessary to provide a complete project. Response Process Responses shall be submitted with the words "Response to 2026-012 Sidewalk Replacement - Various Locations" on the title line of the form, in the subject line of the email or clearly indicated outside of the mailing.Mail to:Office of the City Clerk 200 South Osage Avenue Sedalia, MO 65301Responses will be reviewed in Council Chambers shortly after the closing date and time. Details A Pre-Bid Conference Will NOT be held. Digital Copies of Plan, Specifications, and Contract Documents for bidding purposes can be obtained below or by contacting Jeremy Stone at jstone@sedalia.com. All questions shall be submitted in writing to Elizabeth Nations via email enations@sedalia.com no later than 4:00 p.m. on November 24, 2025 and responses will be sent no later than November 26, 2025. All bidders are required to submit their proposal on the printed forms contained in the Contract Documents. Any proposal received after the above stated date and time will not be opened and will be discarded or upon request and at the expense of the bidder will be returned. The City of Sedalia retains the right to reject any and all bids submitted, and to waive any minor irregularity contained in any proposal.
