The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide 2026 and 2027 Right of Way Professionals Workshop for Minnesota Department of Transportation, contract release number C-925.DATES: The dates for the conference will be one option for each year from the following selected dates: 2026 Preferred Dates are September 22 - 25, 2026, Alternative Dates are September 15 - 18 or September 29 - October 2, 2026. 2027 Preferred Dates are September 21 - 24, 2027, Alternative Dates are September 14 - 17 or September 28 - October 1, 2027. The estimated number of attendees in 350. The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, lodging rooms or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate.GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within 180 miles from MnDOT's Central Office, 395 John Ireland Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155. Google Maps will be used to determine distance.CONTRACT TERM. The Contract Term will be from the date of contract execution through December 31, 2027.SUBMITTING QUESTIONS.
