- The purpose and intent of this contract is to supply the residents and visitors of the City of Ocean City and the City of Sea Isle City, New Jersey with a safe and entertaining series of firework displays to celebrate various holidays and special events in the calendar years 2026, 2027 & 2028. It is the intent of these specifications to describe the minimum requirements and standards set forth for the prescribed firework displays. All items, features or services not specifically mentioned which are necessary or which are regularly furnished in order to provide a satisfactory professional performance of said firework displays, shall be furnished by the successful bidder at the bid proposal price stated and shall conform in quantity, quality of materials and workmanship to that which is traditionally provided by the practice indicated in this specification.
