- ***************THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to provide event space for the 2026 Round Table Conference for the Department of Natural Resources (DNR). DATES: The dates for the conference will be one option for each year from the following selected dates: 2026 Preferred Date is January 9th, 2026, and the Alternative Dates are January 22nd, 2026, January 23rd, 2026, January 29th, 2026 OR January 30th, 2026 . The estimated number of attendees is 400. There is NO LODGING needed for this conference.The State does not guarantee a minimum number of attendees, or meals. Prices listed on the pricing pages are firm and will not be adjusted if the number of attendees falls below the estimate. GEOGRAPHICAL LIMITATIONS: The conference facility must be located within Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, or Washington counties. CONTRACT TERM.
