Description:
The Project Is To Be Performed Pursuant To The Aia A133-2019 Standard Form Of Agreement With Payment Based On The Cost Of Work, Plus A Fee And With A Guaranteed Maximum Price. The Successful Proposer (the Construction Manager At Risk (cm) Shall Serve As The Contractor And Construction Manager For The Project. The Project Will Include Interior And Exterior Painting, As Well As Wall And Finish Repairs Associated With Painting, And Other Minor Renovations Yet To Be Detailed, Which May Include, But Are Not Limited To: Updating Lighting Systems, Updating And Replacing Flooring, Replacing Cove Base, And Updating And Replacing Ceilings. The Services Will Consist Of Cost Estimating, Constructability Analysis And Scheduling And Phasing Of The Work And Construction, Which May Proceed Concurrently. The Cm Will Assist The School District And Its Architect In Finalizing The Phasing And Scheduling Of The Work And Value Engineering Of The Project. Substantial Completion Shall Occur Before Saturday July 18, 2026.
