This scope of work is to provide replacement of degraded and obsolete Excel 5000 series controllers at the B301 20th IS space, which are at their end of service life, and full programming of those replacements, including graphics. This project shall also replace several associated control & operation components. The controller series is obsolete, and replacement parts are no longer being manufactured, which causes extreme delay times and often emergent upgrades for repairs. These controllers serve top priority mission critical functions housed within this area.The existing Base Management System software is Honeywell Enterprise Building Integrator version 610. The existing Base laptop software is Honeywell ComfortPoint (V13.4), although the Base is currently working to purchase and install Niagara 4 Workbench. - Documents:
